Who is it for:
The 28 February Reward Forward event is for HR, Reward and Business Leaders who want to improve the effectiveness of pay in their organisations.
Reward Forward provides an opportunity for professional development and innovative thinking to benefit individuals and also participants working together as a group. For example, a cross-functional team (drawing on expertise in; Reward, Talent, Employee Experience, Learning, Well-being, Finance and Business Leadership) can leverage their participation to reflect on how Reward could be done better in their organisation and on how the Reward function could be organised more effectively. It should be possible to plug take-aways from the event directly into change initiatives and strategic goal setting for the participating company’s HR, expertise and innovation teams.
Participants become members of the Neovation Movement and benefit from post event information & initiatives.
What is it about:
The 28 February Reward Forward event is focused on how to Reward; executives, managers, supervisory and professional staff, where the company has the freedom to do things differently. The event is not focused on how we pay executive directors, where regulatory constraints inhibit innovative thinking. Neither is the event focused on the pay of collectively bargained employees and those whose pay is regulated by industry wide labour agreements.
