Wednesday 23rd April 2025

Join us for Neovation 2025 in London. Our goal is to develop better solutions to enable your organisation to capture and hold the Talent it needs to succeed. We will be joined by insightful thought-leaders from the world of Reward and Talent.

What is it about?

This year’s Neovation focus is Rewarding Talent.

With the rapid growth of AI and shifting expectations of employees, the future of work is exciting but uncertain. Together, we will be looking at:

  • The evolving relationship between Reward and Talent.
  • Better solutions to capture and hold the talent your business needs to succeed.
  • Understanding how our definition of Talent needs to adapt to the arrival of AI

Let’s turn the spotlight on Rewarding Talent – how can we do it better? This is an opportunity to hear from thought leaders, ask questions and work on a live case study so you can apply some of the learnings. You will also connect with a great network of business leaders who are all interested in thinking differently.

Please join us.
